The line has an extremely complex karyotype with nearly 60% of the chromosomes in each cell being structurally altered marker chromosomes., Among the markers are t（3p4q）, t（5q6q）, t（5p6p）, i（18q）, i（18p）; t（4q7p）, and del（7）（q32）. The first four of these are usually paired. Normal N4, N5, N6, N7, N10, N13, N18, N19, N20 an X are absent.
